English Cheesecake Company

I am well known amongst my family and friends for being a 'pudding person'. These are without exception, the best cheesecakes in existence. I see there are some reviews which are negative but if you get anything posted there may be issues, rate them on the taste! ;0)

Omg, how sweet this cake is! I had to cut off the top part and kept just the base with a bit of cheesecake and it was still way to sweet! I know it is about personal preferences, but I am big fan of cakes and I hope one day you will develop a range of cakes with with LESS sugar

So you think placing an order for edible goods will be delivered with care and some sort of consideration for the recipient in mind. So why is it ok for a cheesecake that cost me over 70 plus delivery, the delivery driver thinks it's ok to leave on the doorstep without knocking the door or any other notification to let one know it's delivered, to only then have it robbed and when you get in touch with the company in question they can't even have the decency to respond back, it's been days and days I've contacted them with my complaint and still not heard off them, this was back in 2022 it's now 2023. I've never dealt with such a company who can't even be bothered getting back to their customers in a quick timely manner. Surely it doesn't take this long to get back by email, or are all your staff still on holiday from Christmas? I think surely not!!!! Highly disappointed and seriously annoyed!!!!
