Just had a great shop in Barnet Waitrose.

Elder Indian staff member refusing to refund a product where its stated on the product you can get a full refund. He completely ignored that and said it wasn't possible.

I love the fresh fruit and veg but it is a bit pricey for me and also has a good bakery inside.

Smaller store purely food for people who work in canary wharf

High prices and poor customer service.

A very open and light store with wide aisles. But the toilets were out of order which is why only 3 stars given.

Thai food resources place

In the last 4 months I have not felt as though this branch is as nice as it used to be, I think there's new management and the quality of the store has declined.
