Execllent system, no more paper, can add to the system easily for covid related open and close checks. This is the furture for the restaurant industry. Highly recommend and have to a number of establishments

Very basic app, needs some issues sorting out like when you request records from a date range in 2022, it shouldn't include data entry from 2019. Also arranging the layout keeps resetting, random checks in the app but not available to see or edit in the admin access. The owner is a piece of work, when requesting changes, his responses were very blunt and rude, said I never paid, well that's true, but you can't pay an invoice if you don't provide one to your client, so he switched off the account and refused to provide our kitchen records. It was only after the bad review was posted, he said that he was going to provide records as a good will gesture, that never happened, a small company without a structure then blames clients for shortcomings. There are cheaper and better online HACCP platforms out there, but even so I would have been happy to stay with kitchen logs, however Jim put me off from staying with kitchen logs, he emailed on Wednesday then switched off the account on Monday, during this time I was on annual leave so a quick and rash decision landed him the bad review. A company willing to put their clients in comprising positions is not a company I want to work with. He might say I opened his emails and didn't reply, I have work emails on my phone like most of us do, so I flagged and said I'll deal with that Monday. I wouldn't expect my employees to work during their time off, so I don't expect to have to either.
