Saranet Shop

I am disappointed that the flower arrangement which was ordered for delivery YESTERDAY, has still not been received !!!!! The shop is closed today so I can't even speak to anyone. I ordered a special arrangement for my close friend's 70th birthday and went to the shop 2 weeks' ago to choose the flowers and pay. I won't disclose the cost but they were expensive. I was told "don't worry we will deliver". Yesterday on my friend's birthday I phoned to Saranet if the flowers had been delivered - they told me they left them with a neighbour in the road as my friend was out. They never bothered to let my friend know or even put a card through her letterbox to tell her that her flowers were with a neighbour ! It is now 3.25pm on Monday 3rd April ..... a day later ....... my friend has still not got the flowers ..... the neighbours have been out since early this morning - they didn't tell my friend that they have had her stunning flowers sitting in their house for over a day. I am absolutely fuming as I went to a great deal of trouble choosing something very special for a special friend and this whole process has been a waste of time and a lot of money. This is totally unprofessional and I emailed Saranet earlier but have had no response and the shop is closed today. I would welcome comments.

The best flower shop in Mill Hill hands down!!! So many different options for flowers and also sweet trees and baby gifts!!! Awesome!!

Beautiful local flower shop. Always greeted with a smile and provide the most beautiful bouquets. I told the helpful lady my price range and she handmade a beautiful bouquet in accordance with that. Support local business! Its well worth it

Lovely looking shop, beautiful bouquets and arrangements. Friendly helpful sales assistant. I asked for price list, didn't get one but roses would be 40 for a delivery with about 8 roses and an arrangement of around 8 flowers I saw was 50.
