I can't thank Liz enough for the stunningly beautiful flower arrangements, Mum, Nan, Great Nan and coffin spray, done for my mum's funeral! Without exception everyone said how beautiful they were and most importantly I know my mum would have loved them!

Historically we, as a family, have recommended Lizzie to friends, family and businesses. Recently i had the displeasure of using her florist. One of my colleagues was leaving. I was explicit my instruction on what i wanted. Lizzie said she would give me something spectacular - the picture was the result of her efforts. This cost me 70 pounds! When i complained, Lizzie told me she had given the arrangement to her colleague. She agreed that it wasnt spectacular. I was offered a partial refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement. We agreed that i would collect today. I drove to collect them. Her colleague (Sarah) knew nothing about the replacement and tried to tell me that what i received was nothing short of perfect for the money i had paid. I messaged Lizzie on her personal mobile. She didnt take the call. She didnt return my call. There was no apology. .and this, in comparison to the vintage box pic of 35 quid and a lecture of how much flowers have increased in price? Unbelieveable! To say that i am bitterly disappointed is an understatement. When this lady started her business, she was supported by local people. Clearly this businesswoman has forgotten, not only her offer to replace, but the goodwill that was extended by people that supported her when she first started.
