I am so impressed with Lettys flowers! I ordered the deluxe Florist Choice bouquet for an early Valentine's day celebration and they turned out beautifully. The bouquet was expertly arranged, with a beautiful selection of fresh and vibrant blooms that were even more beautiful than I had imagined. The customer service was outstanding, too. I wanted to delay the delivery to a specific time and Alette was incredibly responsive and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, from the initial order confirmation to the final delivery. Disappointed. Really bad quality flowers, cheaply put together with no taste, symmetry or color sense. The bouquet had a rose cut in two, literally. Most of the flowers were almost dead unfortunately, the small orange geranium had a thread to keep it straight because without it will just fall apart. All the arrangement was cut very short and with uneven stems. No way to fix it or be able to water all the flowers from the base. I had to remove all the white flowers because they were difficult to look at. I felt sorry for my partner. This flowers did not match at all with the website picture. The bow was not a bow just looked like a mess.
