        DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a total scam! After not receiving my order of 45 I was met with the disgusting attitude of the owner. Im absolutely appalled at how this business is run. Offered a partial refund of 25, taking 20 of mine for a service/ product I DID NOT RECEIVE. I am being told all of our customers received their orders that day apart from you and if we refund every customer then we would be handing out money all the time. Awful customer service, literally stealing customers money and have no internal processes to deal with customer complaints or orders going missing. AVOID - buy your flowers elsewhere. :)
