Ive stewed on providing a review for months as was so angry at the job done in our Victorian terrace but when now looking at the floors now after doing other works in the house, they are simply not up to scratch and the tlc was seriously lacking. New screws clearly visible including the boards they split, failure to listen to clear requests etc. Cannot therefore recommend.

This company stole a valuable musical instrument from our house whilst we were working. We had to change the locks and hold on to their equipment to get them to give it back. Their work was terrible too. Do not let them in your house.

Not a professional outfit in any respect - poor quality of workmanship and customer service. Sanding uneven (grooves left in floorboards where they've dug in at points and even sanded against grain in one patch) and varnish not at all a colour match to existing floors. On the day, before we'd even seen the finish, they said if we were unhappy they'd come back to put it right but then stopped responding to my emails, and now I'm left with a floor that needs to be redone. Unfortunately we double paid our deposit and despite saying they'd refund the second payment, they didn't and so clearly have no incentive to honour putting the job right. Not to mention that their agreeing to a finish time/key return arrangement on the day that they didn't honour saw us locked out for hours with a baby, with nobody answering the office phone or email. Poor from beginning to end, and would caution others to avoid and hire a professional outfit to spare yourself the pain of dealing with this company.
