Innovative Designs - Fitted & Sliding Wardrobes, Fitted Kitchens & Bedrooms Furniture London

I have a very small room with awkward spaces and needed something designed and built to maximise my storage space whilst also looking aesthetically pleasing. I got in touch with Innovative Designs and their service and product was nothing less than brilliant. The designer walked through many different designs with me and was very patient being so that I was very picky. The installation process was done so very smoothly and overall this is a company I would definitely recommend.

So so happy with my built-in wardrobe. Great communication from start to finish, especially from Rushil, and their great service didnt stop until I was completely happy. Beautiful finished result - thank you so much!!

Good product but could be a better process. Firstly, Ill start with the positive. We are really happy with the wardrobes in our bedroom. They look great and seem well made. However, there just a few issues along the way. Easy fixes that would make it perfect. Firstly the fitting window is just a bit weird. We got a 5 day window as were told it could take that long, but then the fitters turn up at midday and say theyll finish that day. Predictably theyre not but thats fine right, as theyll come back tomorrow given our massive fitting window. Apparently not. They need to be on another job??? Eventually they finish the fitting the week after. Then just a few gripes about the finishing. See photo. Exposed mdf, just looks a bit rubbish when the rest looks so good. Manufacturing issue that cant be solved apparently. They did supply some paint (not quite a match), but I had to do this myself. Also the screw covers were not put on at fitting. Again, needed to do this myself as posted after fitting. Anyway, all in all, we got a good product at a decent price and the guys at ID are very nice and do their best so sort the issues. It could just be done in a slicker way.
