I have communicated with the company that I still have not received bolts for the bench. I spent 350 pounds for dumbbells and a bench. Firstly the bench went missing and only after I left a review on their website they finally responded to my email after weeks claiming the bench must have been lost in the post. After it arrived the screws and bolts were missing, when I contacted them to let them know they responded it must be there and have not responded since.

The equipment is of good quality, was easy to assemble and is as described, so very happy with it. The customer service however, requires improvement, as I did not receive confirmation of my order i.e. an email providing a breakdown of the items and amount () paid, along with confirmation of delivery, which is standard with any online order. The communications from the team was very slow and left me concerns however, luckily, I took a screen shot of the order confirmation from the website and paid via PayPal therefore, had confirmation of the amount () paid and when. Delivery was not made within the 2-3 days specified on the website and was actually made 12 days after I placed the order. The delivery company, JWT, were very good; contacting me in advance to arrange delivery on a suitable day and on the day, the delivery driver was very helpful in placing the pallet right up to the garage door - in fairness, our drive is large and very accessible. I would have given more stars had it not been for the stress caused in chasing confirmation that my order had been received and when it was going to be delivered. Plus, I placed the order on a Saturday expecting it to be delivery by the following weekend, when I had made time to put it together therefore, the whole delay in delivery messed with my schedule, which is very busy and tight.
