Absolutely appalling customer service. Having begun the process of setting up Paysafe on December 12th, we are still not live and are now in a hideously difficult position of not being able to take payments or get our gym members accounts live. Two Paysafe employees guaranteed they would call back and would have our account set up way before what has now become our final day of being live on our previous payment system. Unfortunately Paysafe are the company that the new management system we use integrate and as such we are now stuck having to us them. Could not recommend less. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
