All experiences I've had with the customer services team have been great. No wait times, they always call back and they are polite. Knocked a star due to some confusion with my ISA but it's been sorted.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. INEFFECTIVE. Rarely did I recieve callbacks in relation to my claim. I complained and settled for compensation. I submitted two subject access requests and have not recieved the information in time scales set by the ICO. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed. Sought advice, very little contact - I chased it up and received a reply but then no contact after that. Quite poor.
