Don't even think to open account with them, they want money for boarding, and only after you will get account you will see the commisions. They want 100 euro monthly fee, also if there was no at least 2 outgoing transactions they charge 100 euro extra a month. For standard outgoing transaction they charge 45 Euro. For Express Transaction - 75 Euro There is a lot of alternatives that have much smaller commisions. I dont see the point at all in opening and maintaining an account with them

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. THEY WILL LITERALLY MAKE UP EXCUSES TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND PROCRASTINATE WITH EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. ONCE THEY DO SO THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND SIMPLY REJECT THEM. Account manager Pvels arkevis wil lure you in by saying it is fine to do crytpo sales of your own funds. When you do so, they will keep your money and say this is a prohibited transaction. Any excuse to keep your money for as long as possible until you give up. THEY CLAIM TO BE REGULATED BY THE FCA BUT WILL FACE LEGAL ACTION FROM THEM VERY SOON GOD WILLING. THEY MOST LIKELY TREAT CAUCASIAN CLIENTS VERY DIFFERENTLY AS WELL. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME EFFORT AND DON'T BOTHER. THEY WILL EVEN MAKE THE EXCUSE THAT THEY CANNOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO A UK OR GBP ACCOUNT (ONLY A EUR ACCOUNT) ALTHOUGH THEY ARE "REGULATED" BY THE FCA!!!!! THEY DESERVE MINUS 5 STARS LET ALONE 1.

very poor service, total fraud , Horrible customer service and bad attitude of employees, keep away from this bank , Bank not recommend to anyone, They will take your money and you will not get it when you need it, if u deposit , u can expect your account to be frozen without notice and then reappear, never seen the poorest service and staff ever, The staff doesnt want to speak, All are based somewhere in a village in Latvia and they say they are in London, Total Fraud bank, PLEASE kEEP AWAY from this bank
