We have been using Crystal Financials for many years but would like to take this opportunity to thank Vijay in particular for his hard work and going above and beyond for us. What strikes me the most with Vijay in particular is that he is super efficient and responsive, he will never leave an email unanswered. I highly recommend Crystal Financials especially Vijay! I found the people at Crystal's very professional, very helpful and extremely customer focused. You felt like they were almost family members. I do want to give Vijay Varu a special mention, he was excellent in communication and went beyond boundaries to help. He was very efficient with timing and kept us in the picture every day with the progress of our application. Vijay was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to sort out my mortgages. I wasnt sure if what I was looking to do would be possible, but Vijay clearly mapped out a Plan A, B & C. Ive been able to keep my current property as an investment, and raise funds to purchase a new home, more suitable for me and my family. Vijay did a lot of leg work and kept me updated throughout the process, and although we had to tweak our Plan A slightly, due to our first lender, we still manged to achieve my aims. This approach was better than having no pathway in place. Vijay was prompt, robust and quick to provide very clear feedback to questions. Im most grateful for all the help and would highly recommend Vijay and his team at Crystal Financial Solutions.
