CREATE Fertility

The team there are AMAZING. I do not have a bad thing to say about any of my experience during the time I have been treated there. They never promised anything would work, but they didnt radiate negativity either. They were balanced in every conversation, and discussed openly treatment plans at each stage. Fertility can be unpredictable and for me, at times I had some promising outcomes that didnt work out, and other times I had little hope when my follicles didnt respond. I will never forget the warmth and care I received from Debbie, the absolutely wonderful nurse who took my blood each time and offered supportive words that truly helped me get through this journey. Also Nurse Kat, who was so caring in every conversation I had with her, and even on my bad days when cycles hadnt gone to plan, I left the clinic feeling supported and hopeful because of her approach. Theres so many great members of staff and nurses Jess and Chloe were also significant in my journey and very supportive. It really felt as thought I had a team of cheerleaders willing a good outcome for us. Dr Ivanka and Dr Panagiota handled my care, and I wasnt always easy to treat. I specifically remember having a hormonal meltdown and tantrum in floods of tears (which was actually handled very well by the Dr). The Drs always had the time to talk things through with me, and I respected their balanced and considered manner. I felt hopeful but realistic at the same time, knowing that there is no guarantee. BUT with the help of the team at Create, as I sit here and write this, I am 12 weeks pregnant! Even if my journey hadnt ended a good outcome, I actually really enjoyed the experience as for me, I felt I needed to give it a proper shot before accepting it wasnt meant to be, and I did that in the best environment possible, with the best group of Nurses and Drs possible. If anyone is choosing between clinics I would always recommend Create as I cannot imagine a better clinic. Thanks also to my care coordinator Liberty, and Jessie at reception - everyone there who made my experience a positive one.

The new practice manager deserves a special mention. My partner and I had been in a dispute with Create which I felt was going nowhere but this was quickly resolved once Morline took control of the issue. I only wish that we'd always had the pleasure of dealing with Morline from the start as I feel the experience would have been far better. Should you have any problems then I recommend you escalate to her as I have no doubt she'll resolve it quickly. Thank you Morline.

We had a very good experience with Create Wimbledon and would recommend the clinic. We were with the team for over a year and were well guided and supported through each step. All staff were very helpful and supportive especially the nurses who were always there to hold my hand when I needed it. We eventually had our beautiful baby boy in the summer and are both so grateful and thankful that we went to Create Wimbledon. We would have found the experience even better if we could have had the same doctor for each appointment/scan to help with continuity but appreciate this is not always possible. We also want to add that we felt very safe to continue our appointments during the pandemic.

Very lovely experience throughout. All the staff - nurses, receptionist, embryologists, have been very attentive and supportive. We are glad we chose this clinic, the support provided is not only very professional, but also caring.
