Called the restaurant hoping to resolve the matter as Uber dont care if your foods cold. Only to be told by the staff that it wasnt there problem. Must have been the delivery driver, they couldnt issue a refund to me directly because I ordered via Uber and then hung up the phone on me. After calling them back and asking if they could either resend the food with somebody whos going to deliver it hot. Or issue a store credit they just out right refused to help and got extremely defensive and quite frankly rude.
