Good given to us was all cold and not made properly, our wraps were very hard to eat as they were all dry and cold. Horrible and poor service.

I recently visited KFC and had a bad experience overall. They gave me the incorrect order. Both Steven and Angelica, senior members of staff, didn't offer much guidance on helping with my QR code discount. They rolled their eyes at me as they were bickering at me. It would be more helpful if the staff were trained to be knowledgeable about the way they speak to customers and able to make suggestions and offer help based on customer preferences. I do appreciate Stevens light hearted apology after I addressed the issue with him and overall, I would still recommend KFC for its delicious food. However there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.

Staff was served us totally rude and unprofessional. We had ordered through app , there was table service options we had selected. She (black till person) was shouted us like ordered us to collect our from counter . Never apologised, it was rude tone like order. I can not believe that she was properly trained about the customer service. Unexpected behaviour from KFC staff.
