We ordered 4 chicken burgers and specifically mentioned that we want chicken burgers because a few of us dont eat beef but they gave us beef burgers, which is not a problem- mistakes happen, but the staff is extremely rude. We went back to tell him that could you please change it as it is not the right order, but the guy firstly didnt accept his mistake. Secondly, started yelling at my friend saying that its our fault and we didnt tell him that the order was chicken. I didnt ask the guys name but he was yelling at my friend as if we are asking for the service for free. We will never go to this branch of amigos again and recommend others not to go here to as the service is pathetic.I hope the management reads this and trains their staff as to how to talk to the customers.
