KFC West Wickham

Not their fault that they were understaffed, so we were made to wait for 15 mins at a FAST FOOD drive-through. But when the food finally arrived it was the wrong order. No extra chips to say sorry, just a weary sorry from the young, out of breath, sweaty boy. Foods decent, though. I've now had to edit my review. Three weeks later and my son wanted KFC. He seemed to be one woman working. When the food came 7 minutes later, the separate chips were thrown into a bag, and they were all mixed up. They were undercooked and lacked flavour. The chicken. Was very salty and just tasted... wrong. I won't be going to KFC again until the review starts to change. What has happened to the place!! Omg, again, a few months later, here I am. I forgot that i had vowed not to go here again, but i guess i forgot. What is wrong with this place. I ordered 6 fillet strips, chips, and a drink for my son. I was asked to wait in a bay. When it came, there were no chips. I rectified the problem and later found that they had not given us our water. The strips were inedible, very chewy. I think it's time to report this particular franchise to trading standards. They are giving KFC a bad name.
