Went to this Brewers Fayre wit my partner and my son on Saturday. Understaably very busy in the restaurant however took a long time to take our food order. Not sure if the person serving was new or just not used to it but took a very long time. It wasn't the cleanest in here either which was off putting. Food was OK, had a sharing platter to start. It was OK but seemed like it had sat on a hot plate for a while and wasn't fresh. Had the mixed grill for dinner. All the meat was nice and not dry which can be the case with pub mixes grills. However mine and my partners chips weren't very nice at all. We ordered off the kids menu for my son we has 3 course, the desert was forgotten. We dod ask someone and they said they would check on it but never came back. We decided to leave but did ask the same person at the bar and it was clear they'd forgotten. We asked if we could take it away and we were told there's no take away cups so we decided to leave it. Based on out experience I wouldn't go back here again
