Fantastic service - was hesitant due to poor reviews, however placed the order anyway and was blown away by the service provided. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Would recommend.

A really professional organisation with very experienced staff with a vast amount of knowledge of their products.

Ordered an extractor fan, 7 days later and it still hadn't been dispatched. After calling them they said they had warehouse delays, but promised it would be sent within 48 hours. 3 days later and they still havent dispatched the item. No contact or apology.... I will not be using this company again.
