Called Aaron at 12.30pm today and he was with me by 3pm. Did a fantastic job and got my podpoint working again. We rely on it to charge 2 cars so was so relieved to get it sorted. Quick, reasonably priced and lovely guy. Full 5 stars!

Aaron fitted my Zappi charger, he was super accommodating and polite. Got it done within a week of making contact with him. An absolutely brilliant technician who really knows his job and provides brilliant advice to someone like me who is not tech savvy. Would be happy to recommend him to everyone.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Entered details online, subsequently got a call from London Car Charging team to capture further details, provided the simple information and then I was sent a very competitive quote. When complete I was thrilled to pay the quoted price. LCC phoned to schedule an installation date. Installer turned up on time, he was incredibly helpful. We couldn't remove the wooden/tile flooring but the installer found a way to gain entry into the house. The installer fitted the Zappi unit, additional Consumer unit, and then discussed set-up and basic usage with me. Not only did the installer identify a problem with the earthing of the electricity supply into the house, he volunteered to progress the resolution with my electricity supplier on my behalf. After one call with the electricity supplier I was thankful to return to the installer to resolve the earthing issue. Throughout the installation, the installer was tidy, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and focused on providing a quality installation. Superb job London Car Charging, I will gladly recommend them going forward for any EV charge point installation based on my first class experience.
