A scam company, no one works, no one answers the phone, no one answers the mail and sends the bill terrible.. avoid.. Avoid... avoid

How to make Direct Debit indemnity claim, You give your life away if they say they will supply you energy. DO NOT answer their calls. I have given my bank details and my energy bill by 79P/KWH and should be 2440.00 even though it is higher than anywhere else and Guess my first bill they charged 13437.34 . They said according to contract this is what I will be charged regardless of actual usage. They dont have an office in the UK, No phone no(website No - Wont work) you can email - They dont respond. Bank told us to report to FRAUD & cancel direct debit.Any one having disputes with smartest energy,after my last try , I would say,I went to the bank & the advice from business banker is leave smartest energy and Report to bank as " direct debit guarantee indemnity claim", this should then get the money back to you if they owe you & you have disputed" also this will stop smartest energy from taking the DDs from customer's account. I have been charged 4 figure amount on my monthly DD by smartest energy for just 11 days of energy usage.IF ANY OF YOU BEING OVER CHARGED BY SMARTEST ENERGY , I URGED YOU TO REPORT TO OFGEM AS THEY AWARE OF MISS USE FRAUD & BREACH OF UK GOVT POLICY OVER ENERGY RELIEF SCHEME AND THE BANKS ARE READY TO PAY BACK THE MONEY, IF YOU PAY THEM VIA DIRECT DEBIT, TAKES ONLY 24HRS TO GET THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT,(YOU MUST PROVIDE ALL DETAILS AS POSSIBLE)Please note smartest energy DO NOT have any offices or contact numbers in the UK.There is one , but you can wait for 24 hrs on the line , you will be never get answered.
