Great Quality, Great Value. I've used Olivia's a few times now, and I simply won't go anywhere else if I can help it. Every time I've brought in an item with little hope of it being saveable they have produced great results. Most appreciated though is their honesty and knowledge of the work needed. They don't blindly accept my shirts and suits, they check them on entry and assess whats needed for the best results and are then very up front with whats achievable. Perfect. I had my wedding dress cleaned and altered at Olivias, I havnt stopped recommending people to go to them since! My dress was preloved with marks on it and needed to be completely cleaned but carefully due to the delicate nature of the the back. It looks brand new! And even kept for me safely until my wedding ! So so pleased I came to Olivias, the dress was altered and cleaned so quickly and expertly. I Now bring everything to be dry cleaned here especially more expensive items of clothings that I would usually worry about having cleaned- after how my wedding dress turned out Im pretty sure they can clean anything! I Recently bought a standard fit Wrangler jeans and decided to have them altered So that the legs were tapered to a slim fit and also have them shortened as they were too long. I was recommended by a friend to take the jeans to Olivias dry cleaners and Have to say that both Olivia and Kems level of customer service was impeccable and second to none! As much as I hate to admit it I can at times be fussy particularly when it comes to how my clothes fit and felt it best to put the jeans on in the shop in order for Olivia to get exact measuremnts where I wanted to make the tapered alterations, any how despite not being aware that pre-bookings had to be made for a fitting to be done in the shop, Olivia very kindly asked me to return to the shop within an hour where Kem had taken the time to take a fitting and check that I was happy with the fit before proceeding with the alterations. As a side note it must not go unmentioned to say Kem has a wonderful; sense of humour which made my first experience at Olivias very pleasurable. I have today picked up the Jeans and they fit perfectly exactly what I was looking for and on that basis I can not recommend Olivias Dry cleaners highly enough! Id have no qualms about returning to the shop for future alterations and would not hesitate to make recommendations to friends and family.
