Overcharged for service of basic dry cleaning and requests refund of the overcharge, which was refused by shop. Shame the owner/operator doesnt value its customers to refund the overcharge.

Quick enough to take my money but no customer service skills at all. Alterations to trouser leg lengths and gave them back with one leg longer than the other. No sign of any rectification offered. Instead he stands there basically calling me a liar and Im measuring wrong. Awful, never again! Further to owners response here - I took the offending jeans to my previous tailors and they agreed that the right leg was longer () and they are sorting it out so that both legs are the same length. As I stated above there was no offer to shorten the right (even if he was right (he wasnt)) leg at all - that was my point. Service: Alterations

Very polite staff, had 2 blazer sleeve and one trouser legs take up, done on 1-2 days.

Brilliant customer service! Dry cleaned a suit & shirt for me last minute, very happy with the quality of the cleaning! Would definitely recommend!
