        HORRIBLE HORRIBLE business!!! No care for customers or their items. OWNER is even WORSE. I got my jacket cleaned here well that's what I thought I was paying for. Instead the owner ruined the material of the inside of my hoody stole the fur to my Canada goose hood and did not clean my item AT ALL. Then lied claiming I never gave him the fur shouting telling me to get out he doesn't care when challenged on collection (don't think being a small female helped me much). His lies continued even after me pleading for him to watch the cctv. I then had to write letters threatening to take him to court over this which is when he magically found my fur over a month later. I also tried to get a refund for this which he refused, when asked what will happen about the damage done to my item he simply said wash it again. Honestly the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to, ended up paying for a service but instead of receiving it I just got inconvenienced, a damaged and unclean item and disrespected. Service: Special care fabric cleaning
