What can I say but a Huge Thank You to Mr Patel at Smoothies. I was sure a large dark stain had ruined a beautiful and very expensive new dress in plain satin silk. I had no idea what the stain was from but suspected it was splashed alcohol at a party. Smoothies was recommended to me by a friend. I left it after nervously agreeing to take a risk myself as there was no care label on the garment. Mr Patel was very kind but upfront about the issues and what these meant! Such a relief to receive a text message the very next day to say it was cleaned successfully and ready for collection; simply amazed to see absolutely no evidence whatsoever of the stain and the dress looking like new again. Despite being out of my way, I will be taking all of my dry and specialist cleaning to Mr Patel at Smoothies in the future and happily recommend to all my friends

I attempted to wash my jacket at home and ruined it. The feathers inside the jacket all ended up clumped together meaning parts of the jacket were flat and the jacket had lost its shape. I was gutted as it was a jacket that cost me over 200. I rang the dry cleaners as a last resort and spoke to the owner Mr Patel. He offered me advice as to how I could rectify the issue but I didnt feel confident to try it so he told me to bring it in. Within 24 hrs Mr Patel had got the jacket back to how it was originally. I asked how much it would cost but he refused to take any money off me. To the extent I left money on the counter and he followed me and placed the money in my pocket. Excellent customer service andd would fully recommend.

Very professional and very friendly, owner knows what he does and always exceeds our expectations , if your plans are to get an excellent dry cleaner now you know where to go....
