Lime Dry Cleaners

I have used Lime Dry Cleaners for many years, they are brilliant, run by Farshid. The dry-cleaning service is excellent and if you need a quick turnaround time and they can accommodate this, the team will always try to help. We have also used their skilled services for taking in clothes, repairing suits/ski gear/ dresses/zips. It is a very personal service and we have never presented Farshid with a challenge that he has not only met but exceeded our expectations. He managed to handwash my daughter's stunning wedding dress with such skill and delicacy, it looked as good as new when it was returned. I dont recommend them! I have used this dry cleaning shop for a few years, and I kept going back just because the location was convenient. They give you a tiny receipt and dont take your number (sometimes not even your name) to add to the other half of the stub that goes with your clothes. Turns out I have lost my receipt and when I went back, they kept telling me it was not there. Pre-pandemic I have left a ball gown and other items there. Lockdown happened and once the shop reopened they couldnt find my dress-I was told after some time they give the clothes away, without no attempt to contact the owners, like other dry cleaner do!

Excellent service with professional & friendly staff. Even though they were very busy on my last visit a few days ago, they still managed to make an alteration on a jacket needed for work the same day. I have been using Lime for several years and have always been 100% satisfied. Thank you to all the staff at Lime Service: Alterations
