Gold Star Dry Cleaners

I have been using cleaning and alternation services offered by Gold Star Dry Cleaning for 3 years now but I was left with no choice but to change my 5 star review to 1 star review. I gave them my All Saints new puffer bomber jacket worth 500 wash back in November 2022 and I have not received it back until todays date - thats right - 02.04.23. When I came to collect the jacket, there was fluff coming out of it with matt paint chipped to buckles and zip. It appears to me that jacket was washed in too high temperature. I didnt accept the return of jacket and asked for it to be repaired. Someone from your company called me to apologise for the damage made and promised to have it repaired by Xmas in 2022. When I came to collect the jacket for the second time, I noticed that fluff was still coming out and someone did a poor paint job trying to restore matt paint to metal parts. I didnt accept the return at the time and asked for the proper repair / restoration service. It has been 6 months down the line and I have not received a follow up phone call with apologies nor my jacket. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Please be advised that if I dont hear back from you by 5pm on 03.04.22 I will contact the Police to advise that you kept my belongjng and share details of my experience with you on different social platforms.

Really happy with their service. Took in two pairs of trousers for alterations and they did it in 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Thank you for all of your help Kamal!

I've been using their services for some time now, and I can honestly name it the best of the area. Also, The lady working there, Aga, she's always nice and smiley, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended!!
