        2 hollow fibre duvets & 2 feather pillows - dropped off for a service wash on Thursday - was informed I'd be called for a pick up today, Saturday. Had to chase at 2 pm - was told I would be available to collect - went to collect, they were not ready. Waited as they were bagged up, only to get them home to discover all but one duvet was damp and the other duvet had wet patches. I'm not sure what happened to the lady that used to work there, but the service has become sub-parr - and it's not cheap!!

        The Laundry Room is a hub of the community in Mortlake and sheen. They are always helpful and courteous. We have never had a problem with the dry cleaning service either. Its quiet and peaceful. Grateful to have them.
