Weve been sending clothes since we move to the are as they collect in our building. Overall service is great and easy as they collect and return. Now I feel that is overpriced compared to other local places. I paid for a dress 17.50 when same costed me 12 in another local dry cleaner. And my main complaint to provide 3 stars, Id called to have a coat fixed. They called me 3 days later to say that they would not be able to do it. And they couldnt return before the weekend. I was travelling to Finland and needed my coat fixed. I had to travel with my coat in a bad statement as they didnt provide a good customer service returning early.

Do not go with the domestic cleaning branch of this business, for strange reasons their domestic cleaning branch does not have a google link for leaving reviews. Its called Dockland Domestic services and Milligan street dry cleaners. I have a tenant hired them for end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment in Canary Wharf. They left the place dusty, kitchen and bathroom floor full of stains, none of the doors were cleaned, ventilation hood was oily and not cleaned, wall mouldings ( next to floor) not cleaned. When my tenant checked, they were students and did not know to check all the details, they did tell them its not that cleaned. They paid 350 pounds. 2 days later I arrived to check, docklands domestics surface had the gut to refuse to come back, said its not checked the next day, and said the floor stain cannot be cleaned and is a common problem of the complex. I went to Tesco, got a 2 pound bubble scrub, and scrub the floor, totally removed the stain. They did not even used the right product. Lots of dust everywhere in the apartment. Do not use this company, what they provide was just a regular cleaning, not an end of tenancy cleaning, a total rip off! See before after photo below ( Re cleaned by myself) More pictures - they did not clean the cupboard above the hood, should have included in end of tenancy cleaning. See picture. They did not clean edge of the mouldings close to the floor, should have included in a proper end of tenancy cleaning, see picture They did not even clean the kitchen hood, see my before and after pictures. They should be included in end of tenancy cleaning. This company is totally sub par!

Ive used the dry cleaning service for quite a few times. It is really good, all my clothes are taken good care of and are returned on time. I would recommend people who needs this service, also they can pick up from your home, which is really convenient.
