        Great dry cleaner! Fast and efficient!

        Unsatisfied. I decided to have my winter coat dry cleaned at Top Spot after reading their glowing reviews but I was extremely disappointed with the results. Yes, the staff are pleasant but regarding my coat - one of the toggles on the front had been broken off whilst on their premises and instead of mentioning it or repairing the damage, the toggle was just placed in the pocket. The coat also smelled very chemically. I am aware of the process and have experienced similar milder odours previously which normally subside after a matter of days, but one month on since collection (and airing the coat) this unpleasant chemical smell remains. Service: Laundry pick-up
