        AVOID!!! I am so glad I chose pay cash on delivery because they never sent the items. Order is marked at complete on the website, no attempt to deliver, no follow up emails, no response to messages asking where my items are. Pretty sure Id be kissing my money goodbye if I paid on card!

        Terrible company! Ordered 2 rolls of polythene on 14th March 2023. I received a message the day after, requesting full payment by BACS before they despatch the items to me. That was paid on 15th March, but I have not received my order yet (22nd March 2023). I've tried telephoning them but they hang up when I mention my delivery. Please don't order from them, you'll regret it!!

        Dont waste your time with these guys pathetic rude customer service delivery never show up , they will cancel your order even without letting you know . Take your money some where else

        Delivery driver threatened to bash my head in next time he sees me! They a demanding payment before the goods are even being brought on site! The driver was trying to intimidate me in my own shop refusing to move his trolley after I've made payment to old account which was the new account only a few month's ago. Behaving like gangsters not business people!

        Ordered poly roll & hangers. Hangers are the wrong size and the poly roll has mould and stinks. I would avoid using this company.
