Platinum Dry Cleaners & Tailoring

Yesterday I collected my wedding dress from platinum dry cleaners and all I can say is wow! And thank you Sal! it truly looks brand new!! its a beautifully made Italian dress in bright white, so you can imagine after our special day it was filthy! its also made from thousands of hand crafted beading and embroidery, as well as a huge over skirt with layers and layers of material, beading and embroidery which meant the dust and dirt would get into those threads. It turned a dirty white/ brown colour and I was lost at what to do with it and I honestly didnt feel like I could trust anybody to touch it due to its delicate nature. Im so glad I found Sal! My dress has been brought back to perfection. He has been an absolute gem in the process, hes so professional and understanding. I now wouldnt take anything of any substantial value anywhere else. He knows how to deal with premium fabrics and designer clothes, I know he will look after and properly dry clean my belongings. additionally hes just genuinely a lovely person, he even helped me carry my huge heavy dress to the car! My wedding dress was filthy with mud stains on the bottom seams. I wasnt sure it could be cleaned but the owner spent time and effort on the dress to get everything out. The dress looked almost brand new, it was incredible! Since then weve brought in a couple of suits for alteration and cleaning which has also been perfection. Cannot recommend this place enough. The service and owner is great!

I had my wedding dress and jumpsuit cleaned here post wedding - both were a total mess after an October wedding with lots of mud and staining. The cleaning was amazing and they look brand new - thank you! Will definitely be taking all my dry cleaning here going forward.

Had my moncler jacket dry cleaned. It came back looking brand new. Platinum has the knowledge and care to look after my clothes. My trousers were tailored perfectly. I am now a customer for life.
