        I was recommended this place a few months ago by my girlfriend. Although she has had no negative experience with this place, My first time taking my almost 200 north face coat there for a clean and it came back missing the fabric tabs attached to each zip. When I questioned it, I was told its something that just happens. I would expect greater care to be taken when any item is dropped off. Also, when I picked up my jacket , it looked like it had shrunk a bit. The only thing allowing me to identify my jacket being a pen mark on the fabric. I did however love the customer service and how they were willing to install new tabs (although they were not mine its the thought that counts). I just hope that this bad practice is rectified and more care is taken of expensive items like this. Service: Laundry pick-up
