I sent two school jackets to be dry cleaned. I was promised they will be back on Monday late afternoon. I went at 4pm to collect and was told they had not arrived. The lady took my phone number and promised she would call as soon as they arrived. No phone call. I went on Tuesday to collect and told her I was disappointed the jackets did not arrive the day she promised. She lied and told me the jackets had been in the shop since 2pm. I reminded her that I was there at 4pm and she even took my number. She told me she was too busy to call me. I definitely will not be going back there again!

I was extremely pleased with their services. I went to get my suit altered and not only was it good price, they were quick and altered it perfectly. Furthermore the customer service was amazing, i was greeted by a lovely young gentlemen who was very helpful and welcoming. At first i was worried judging by the other reviews, however they must be bugging because F&F Empire Dry Cleaners are a wonderful business with impeccable customer service.

Collected my husband's suit on Saturday, for a funeral today. He went to put the suit on, to find they've given us back the wrong shirt, this one requires cufflinks and we don't have any, and the suit trousers had marks all down one leg, which had to be cleaned off with a damp cloth. Not impressed, won't be using again. Not recommended.

Terrible service. Went in and wasn't seen to for a while no-one was to be seen. A man came out with his belly hanging out, trousers hanging round his hip not even fully pulled up and boxers hanging out. Looked so unprofessional. Asked for a coat zip alteration and went back in to collect and it hadn't been done, he took a while to press it whilst we waited and my nan had the money ready on the counter. We asked to check the zip as I noticed it wasn't done up correctly. Said that's the reason we put the coat in the first place. He took the money swiftly checked the book and stated we didn't mention that and it wasn't written down. Said it would of been well over 25 when we had already paid 14 for a drycleaning which wasn't meant to be done. He didn't apologise just kept asking if we wanted it sent off to be done no compensation. Didn't want it cleaned and still had to pay for it to be done which was wrong. He was rude, unprofessional and never going back. He continued to serve other customers when we clearly wasn't happy with the service. Here's to 0 stars!

I gave two pairs of trousers for alteration and dry cleaning. Today when I went to pick them up, I paid 38 for this work but then noticed at the store that the trousers were not dry cleaned properly, there was dirt all over and the alterations were of very poor quality and the trousers were not properly ironed. When I brought this to the attention of the manager at the dry cleaners, he started behaving in a very rude manner. He said that he has recently taken over the ownership of the store and it is not his responsibility if the previous owner did a poor job of dry cleaning or alterations. I told him that I am paying him for the work - not too the previous owner. He immediately started accusing that You Indians are ... I walked out of the store- determined never to deal with this dry cleaner ever again.
