They literally go the extra mile. I unexpectedly could not pick up some dry cleaning, including my daughter's school blazer. They bent over backwards to ensure she had it in time for school. Thanks.

Brought two dresses in order for them to add a zip. One blue dress and one black dress. They put the blue zip in the black dress and a black zip in the blue dress. I explained it wasn't looking good and asked them to take out the zip and put the correct colour zip in especially given the black zip also had a rusty pewter colour clasp but they refused. I wasted 35 as I can not wear either dresses. It just looks horrible especially as you can see the zip. Do not go to this place. Very bad customer service and the stitching on the zip was terrible. A good dry cleaner would admit their mistake a cange the zips but they refused to. Terrible given this is their own fault. They took my money and delivered no service. Service: Alterations

Sometimes you just need somebody who does their job as if its the easiest thing ever and without any hassel. Only a tenner for an alteration that to me, was super important. Came all folded in a wee bag and everything. Thanks team deffo will be using you for all future things! Service: Alterations
