        We have been so happy with the service for a number of years. We usually drop of the bedding for a service wash and fold every few weeks. Unfortunately the latest visit was more of an interrogation about how many pillow cases and duvet covers we had -what used to be a maximum of 25 quid suddenly became a minimum of 70! I had to walk out as the guy didnt believe what i told him i had been charged historically. Shame... Service: Laundry wash & fold

        Last couple of times the service has been less good. Not always very clear about when to pick up items e.g. will say Thursday but actually you cant pick up the items until 4pm. I also had a problem today that my item wasnt there when they said it would be. These things happen but no one seemed bothered which I did find disappointing.
