Absolutely terrible customer service experience. They burned a hole into my curtains and then blamed it on me! It is so important to be able to trust a dry cleaner with your things and have a honest service experience, I can totally understand that little mistakes can happen. However to be accused of it being my fault, which is impossible in this case, was very disappointing. So if you do try to tempt fate, take pictures of all of your belongings to have proof!

Very efficient dedicated local family business, weve used over 9yrs. Theyre helpful, friendly and reliable. Always been good value to take away that tedious Sunday ironing chore.
