Lost 325 worth of Liberty Silk in June this year. No losses covered, no attempt to compensate, not even and apology... almost made it my fault for not returning sooner, despite the onus being on them to advise by phone of cost and duration to complete the works in advance of proceeding with any work. Any loss is your loss but you're charged 60 if you need 2 standard sized loads of washing done! As far as I'm concerned my losses have either been stolen by those at his shop or those who work for his 3rd party outsourced tailoring company. Either way his organisation is liable. Customer shot. The reviews on this business are very unfair in my opinion. I have used their services twice now and have been really pleased. Great service and fair prices. Hopefully people will start sharing good reviews, they deserve it.

I took a pair of curtains in for cleaning at a cost of over 100. Unfortunately they have come back shrunk so they no longer hang to the floor and let light in. No mention at time of booking that this may be a risk so disappointed when they came back.
