        They mixed up my clothes with someone elses, I ended up losing a significant amount of my order but Jamal the owner refused to pay for or give any refund. I feel so ripped off - they should have taken an inventory but the whole process felt very hush hush and when I went in to bring in all the clothes that had been accidentally given to me (bras, womens underwear, frilly bathrobes that arent mine) Jamal just denied it and refused to give me any compensation. I paid this guy 250 quid for a cleaning service but I totally regret it - he is not an honest man

        Friendly staff. Services are ok, but the dryers could do with a service or clean out of the lint. They weren't producing the heat you would expect. Less heat equals longer drying times, which means more coins to dry your clothes.
