Woman said she doesn't provide change... it's a launderette... what coin based launderette does not provide change? If that's the case then get card readers on your washing machine. She probably thought I had fake money as I'm a black woman. Will not be using them again.

I do not recommend this dry cleaners unless you want your clothes ruined. I paid 10 for a silk dress to be dry cleaned and it came back looking like a rag, with pulls in the fabric and broken stitching on a frill down the length of the skirt of the dress, so consequently it was just hanging there like an unholy mess, and now I have to find somewhere to get it mended. I asked if the dress could go in a bag when it was cleaned when I dropped it off, as it was silk. The lady behind the counter didn't seem to know what I was talking about and this obviously didn't happen. It just got wrecked in the wash with everything else and didn't even look like it had been pressed. I feel ripped off, will never go back and suggest you don't in the first place!
