        I used this dry cleaner last year. I had bought a 100% Wool duvet which was new which my young son had a bed wetting accident. They did not read the washing direction and it damaged the wool to the point whereby it is so hard and can't by spread on a bed. I complained and was told I was ensured and they never paid me and eventually ignored my emails. They do pay for the damage they caused. I would never recommend them and feel so aggrieved.

They clearly know what they are doing and have always offered good advice regarding how I alter my items when asked. Price is also very reasonable for the quality of work. Would definitely recommend!
