        Totally disappointed, worst dry cleaner i have tried, starting with the price they charged me 120 for 30 pieces of clothes, 30 for a jacket, the clothes are stretched and very wrinkled, the worst of all is that it SMELLS VERY VERY BAD, LIKE NOT IT HAS BEEN WASHED, unfortunately, I realize now that I just checked. I'm on vacation in London and my AIRBNB was very close to this dry cleaner, if you need a dry cleaner DO NOT THINK ABOUT LEAVING YOUR CLOTHES IN THE HANDS OF THOSE WHO CALL THEMSELVES "professionals" I lost money, and I will have to send my clothes TO WASH AGAIN ( A very UNPROFESSIONAL proof of work ) Service: Alterations

        Reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone especially if they need their expensive clothing dry cleaned, or altered. I have had my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, kids christening outfits, UGG boots, designer bags and trainers all steam cleaned here without any problems. The staff are always friendly and reliable, and willing to bend over backwards to accommodate any need or time frame. This is one of the few friendly businesses which have survived the pandemic and still do welcome customers with a friendly smile and 'how can I help attitude' which has become increasingly hard to find.         Needed my bridesmaid dress altered. A very simple job - just taking it up at the bottom. They did all the measuring and pinning. A week later I got it back and complete different measurement to what it was pinned! I called up to ask for more to be taken off. They said they would have to recharge me! I offered to come in and try it on and have it pinned again and they said no need, that they believed me but that they would still recharge me for their mistake! I assure you I havent shrunk by a ridiculous amount in the last week! Absolutely appalling service and no I will not be charged another 30 for the simplest of simple jobs to be done wrong again.
