The worst services in all Europe countries. The roads are all with holes and we break our cars , but the camera for bus lane is the fastest I ever seen to get tickets . They sent straight away ticket but for logbook it took me a bloody year to receive it and during that year my application has been lost and I had to reapply for million times I think they do on purpose pretending they didn't receive the application in order for us to pay their fee of 25 multiply that by million persons its living hell with dvla too much power but can't handle it Your system is wrong completely and complicated I can get it done tomorrow

It worked the third time! Thank you! I had to send it back 3 times, maybe it was my mistake once,but finnaly arrived,thanks. All ok with service,but because it takes over two months 3stars

What a load of rubbish tried calling it gives you three options. Ive tried all of them and theyre saying industrial strike who cares about them. We already paid tax. What are they moaning about? They owe me money for my tax and I have to keep ringing them to find out if they processed it or not, it takes to 4 to 6 weeks its been is absolutely disgraceful. DVLA should not be in charge of licenses and vehicle logbook. It should be the Metropolitan of more intelligence. These people are like robots talking to clowns
