absolutely great team on time what they say is what you pay unless they come across an unexpected problem which the team will talk you through what needs to be done and any extra costs if any engineers the highest quantity grant cleaveley was the best engineer that ever worked for the company but unforseen circumstances he had to leave

We contacted Adrian through CheckaTrade and he came out to see us the next day. Unfortunately the job we had fell outside of his remit but he was extremely helpful and would have no hesitation using him or recommending him to anyone needing plumbing work.

I phoned for a quote to unblock a drain and was quoted 20 pounds plus 45 pounds per half hour. The job took two hours (I wasn't there to oversee it). The bill turns out to be 65 pounds per half hour (a little misleading) but whatever I agreed to pay it 260 pounds even though Dynamo quoted just 85 pounds plus VAT for the entire job (but couldnt come out until later in the day). However Speedy Jet Drainage weren't happy with 260 pounds for two hours, they also tried to get me to pay almost 100 pounds extra for chemicals then refused to email me an itemised bill. I called the head office to complain. I don't doubt, my problem has been sorted by them but I refused to pay for chemicals which were never mentioned to me in my initial call. To rub insult into injury the guest in my house has phoned me to say that the machine which had been placed on my carpet has left a big stain. Until it dries I don't know if it is permanent. I am still waiting for a bill to be emailed to me. I will settle labour only but will never ever use this firm again and will advise others not to either.
