BEWARE - things to check for - doors close properly/aligned correctly, has he added the weep holes, the vent strips, check there are no little gaps between frame and actual window where he has not made window to correct measurements to the frame, check not wonky. He will not come back to fix any issues (he even asked for more money to fix issues but I said yes as I just wanted job done but he has still not come back). I am going to give the installer a chance to remedy the faults even though I have given him numerous chances. If he does not fix the problems, I will be writing a full review with the timelines. He has not been answering my calls and has blocked my numember so will have to make a another visit to his premises. Update on 15/2 He has just asked me to remove my post. He said he will fix it. It is not just about installation but material too. You damaged the door when you drilled the door numbers and now not alligned. You did not put weep holes in the windows or doors, rain comes through the doors. You did not even put vent strips until you was asked about it. You did fit the windows and doors and the builder can confirm this. I will be adding a full review when I get time. Be professional and treat customers with respect. I will not be removing the review until you fix it. Ps.if you try and ask another company to fix issues, they all say go back to original company. It can be fixed in HALF a day but this is how he is treating us. If I tell you how long this had been going on, you will be shocked Update on 23/4 This individual had still not come or contacted me to fix the numerous faults/outstanding job. I will have to take a day off work to attend his premises. Do not make mistake of paying until completely satisfied with job and maybe wait for it to rain so can check no leaks. Once paid, he will not come back
