Aftercare has been shabby and non existent. Drafts from the joins and they do not answer emails to fix the problem. So much for 10 year guarantee. Shame. It was a great start! Will leave original review : Fantastic job and really lovely people to deal with. We are delighted with the high quality doors at a very competitive price and the installation was completed flawlessly. Its always a bit nerve racking using any new building service but would definitely use and recommend HHI for future window works. The demonstration provided through the window during lockdown really sold us on this firm. Really likeable chap who was happy to go the extra mile for service and to make us smile

Absolutely shocking work - STAY AWAY! Ordered sash windows, the windows themselves are quality - but time will tell. The installation was terrible. Huge gaps left between the installed architrave and the walls, shortcuts taken trying to secure the bottom rail on the windows, and covering up cracks and screws with a piece of wood. Nasty Nasty work. Would advise against this, they're happy to take money quickly too.

Weve just had a Solidor fitted and from start to finish Hainault Home Improvements have offered 5* service. They have an impressive showroom which helps a lot when choosing your finish and design, theyre really competitive on price and super quick at getting everything booked in and fitted. This is a great local company with bags of experience and are able to offer a personalised service that you just wouldnt get with the larger competitors. we cant recommend them highly enough.

Had a new front door and rear windows from HHI & are very happy with both them and the service provided by H.H.I throughout. The door itself seems to be extremely high quality & very secure ('Solidor' being the manufacturer), their prices were reasonable and the staff are professional and polite. Particularly Harry & Mike who did the installation and are clearly v.good at what they do.

We received amazing service. We were putting new windows into a rental property, to which the tenants were due to have a baby within the next two months. Hainault Home Improvement Ltd were made aware of this situation and did everything they could to make sure the new windows were fitted well before the baby was due. I would definitely recommended.
