Avoid at all cost. Keith installed our front door which was cut too small and tried to cover up with edge strip. The door was not sealed at the bottom after cutting. Frame was made too thin so it left a gap between lock and door and you could see right through it. Keith agreed to a refund and took the door away. When I went to get a refund he made loads of excuses and did not process refund. Dishonest person - avoid this business. There are much better door places nearby.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Awful experiencebe warned. This is a company that doesnt honour its policies. I came into store on 21st July to purchase two doors. I changed my mind on the same day, sent an email cancelling my order and also made a phone call the next day to confirm I was cancelling. I asked Keith if I needed to come into the shop to process the refund and I was told I had to. That same day 22nd July I went in for my refund, only to be told I had to wait for the money to be cleared from the bank due to his previous experience with fraud. So I waited until the money cleared from my bank and I contacted Keith again via email and telephone asking when my refund would be issued. Again he came up with excuses and said it takes a number of days. None of my emails have been responded to until this day. I contacted my bank and informed them of the transaction. I went on Crown Doors website and checked their returns policy. Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Once we have dispatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of delivery (or collection) without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (there will be a 25% restocking charge). We will make all refunds to the credit card or debit card used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods. Please note, there is no charge for faulty items that are returned, and you cannot return bespoke or made-to-measure items unless they are faulty. I contacted Keith again on 3rd August via telephone since wed reached this so called 14 days. He came up with more nonsense saying he doesnt deal with refund but his wife does!! I asked for her contact details and threatened to contact trading standards. Low and behold I was told to come into the shop for my refund. When I got my refund I told him how appalling the customer service is. He said he was messed about by me cancelling the order!!! So this is your warninga very bitter seller when a sale doesnt go his way. As a consumer I have a right to cancel, even before the doors are delivered. Thank god I did! I dread to think how he would have dealt with this matter had I gone through with the order and asked for refund after delivery! I will be in contact with trading standards. F Suleiman
