Hi Mr. Paul I am only writing this review because you are not answering my mobile phone calls and you have not refunded us 400.00 for work not done after you received 500.00 in advance and only had one session training with our dog, as you promised us 4 weeks ago. I would appreciate it if you could make this refund as soon as possible.

Paul was hugely reassuring, practical and informative during our two hours together. He is full of wisdom and it was a pleasure to watch him interact and show new things to my dog who by the end was beginning to pick up some of the games taught. Hes helpful and responsive over messenger and after feeling like I am stuck in a rut with my dog hes helped me see its possible for me and my dog to bond and grow together as a pair. Im so excited to see the progress that I feel confident with Pauls guidance my dog and I will make.
